You all loved the Cuban Sandwich so much, we thought we'd make it a rice bowl too! Our locally sourced pork is marinaded and slow cooked to reach the perfect flavour and tenderness. On this rice bowl, we piled on the slow cooked cuban pork, fresh diced tomatoes, diced pickles, swiss cheese, diced ham and drizzled it with a little mustard and our garlic lime mayo sauce.
